Place an ad in the Program Book

Program Ad Book Specifications:

Deadline for Ad to be received by JA/Printer: March 1.

1. Ad must have minimum ¼ inch margin all four sides

2. Print is one color: black

3. High Resolution PDF format

4. Finished size of book is 5 ½ W X 8 ½ inches L

5. Orientation of book is Portrait style

6. Full page ad should be approx. 4 ½ W X 7 ½ inches L - can either have a border or bleed to the edge.

7. One half page ad should be approx. 4 ½ W X 4 inches L.

8. One quarter page ad should be approx. 2 1/8 W X 4 inches L.

9. One eighth of one page ad should be approx. 2 1/8 W X 2 inches L.

You may provide camera ready copy or we can put you in touch with our printer to see what format they need the material.
